Dropbox is an online service that allows you to sync files from more than one computer. When you put a file in your "box," the file will be instantly available on any of your other computers that you've installed Dropbox on. Because a copy of your files is stored on Dropbox's secure servers, you can also access them from any computer or mobile device using the Dropbox website. My favorite Dropbox feature is the ability to invite others to access a document . . . great if you are working on a collaborative project because you can invite others to edit and revise the document (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more) as well.
